1) How long will my order take?

We aim to produce orders as soon and as quickly as possible but your order is likely to be completed within 4-6 weeks from your order being placed. 

 

2) Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes you will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have checked out. 

 

3) What sizes are available?

Our sizes come in XXS youth, XS youth, S youth, M youth, L youth, XL youth, Small, Medium, Large, XL and finally 2XL. Be sure to take a sufficient amount of time to look over the SIZE GUIDE.

 

4)How can I track my order?

You will be notified when your order has been shipped and will be sent tracking details.

 

5) Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

6) Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Within 48 hours of the order being placed you are allowed to make changes on your order. 

 

7)Is there a deadline for placing my order?

Ensure you check your emails from Octpopus Energy to see when you received your certificate to confirm the deadline. 

 

8) What if my order has damaged/ incorrect items?

Ensure you take a photo of the damaged/incorrect items and email to .... for replacements. MG Sportswear takes full responsibility for any faults found in your order and apologise if this is found in your order.
